Cold Plunge

Breathe. Empower. Awaken

The Session

A Cold Plunge session involves taking a quick dip in water typically between 40-45º F, for a few minutes. Cold plunges, also known as ice-baths, have been around since 3,500 BC. You’ll wear a swimsuit and take a quick rinse in our shower for hygiene. Our consultants will prepare you with a breathing exercise for the shock of the cold. These sessions are designed to:

Improve recovery, reduce muscle soreness, enhance mood and focus, and manage stress, and build resilience

Benefits

The cold plunge experience is beneficial for both physical and mental health. By immersing yourself in the cold water, you can:

Boost your immune system, increase blood circulation, reduce
inflammation and swelling, and promote faster recovery from
workouts or injuries

The controlled exposure to cold water can also stimulate the release of endorphins, helping to elevate your mood and increase your overall sense of well-being. Regular cold plunge sessions can make your body more adaptable to stress and improve your resilience to various stressors in life. It’s a refreshing and invigorating way to take care of your body and mind.
